Park and Facility Reservations
To reserve a park location:
- Call the City at 311, (423) 643-6311, or visit CHA311.com to reserve online.
- You will receive a "Reservation Request Number". NOTE: This is for tracking only and does not secure your reservation.
- The Parks Reservation Coordinator will contact you to review availability, rates, and required documentation.
- You must submit the full payment for deposit (if applicable) and fee and a use agreement before your reservation is secured.
Please note: Reservation requests to 311 must be received at least 3 weeks prior to event date to allow time for payment processing and completion of all related paperwork. Large party events, walks, runs, weddings, fundraisers, etc require 45 to 90 day minimum notice to allow time to secure proper licenses, route approval, certificate of insurance and any additional information required by Parks Reservation Coordinator.

If event includes sales and/or concessions, and/or charges entry fees, and/or serves or sells beer or alcohol, the deposit is $1,000 and the rate is $1,000. Events over 500 people must secure a license agreement and will be handled through Friends of the Festival.
