CURBSIDE RECYCLE COLLECTION

  • Curbside recycling provides convenient recycle collection to households and businesses receiving municipal garbage service by placing recyclables on the curb every other week.
  • Customers must sign up online for collection or call 311 or (423) 643-6311.
  • You will receive a collection schedule and a truck will be routed every other week to collect recyclables. 
  • Call 311 or click here to find your collection schedule.  
  • Click here to view a map of your service day. 
  • Customers with more than one garbage cart may also exchange a garbage cart for a recycle cart at no cost.  
  • Up to two recycle carts are allowed at each service location.  
  • To order a recycle cart call 311.
